1. Channel split: only 3% of sales are made direct to the end-user - 97% pass the hands of resellers directly, or via distributors.

2. Distribution split (by value): the entry of the IT and broadline distributors into the market has increased the size of the sector considerably, but the AV distributors still hold the larger share.
